A letter from our co-founder

After welcoming my first daughter, it took me three weeks to realize the big gap in Canadian postnatal care—& nearly nine months before I took steps to help myself. By then, the burnout had nearly broke me.

I co-founded Alma Care to bridge this gap. Our mission is to revolutionize the postpartum experience for Canadians & improve the outcomes for every family we support.

We often hear that the Alma Care experience is truly “life-changing”, allowing parents to rest, recover, & feel confident and connected as a team.

We hope you’ll join us during this beautiful & transformative time.

Warmly,
M
