Contest Terms and Conditions
This contest is conducted by Alma Care. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
Entrants must be residents of Ontario. Entrants must be female and over the age of 18 at the time of entry. All entrants must follow the social media accounts of giveaway partner brands to be eligible for entry.
2. How to Enter
To enter the contest, participants must complete the following steps: Each participant may submit only one entry. Each participant must follow all participating businesses’ social media accounts. Participants can earn a bonus entry by reposting the contest post on their Instagram stories and tagging @almapostnatal.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on April 28th and ends on May 12th. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on May 13th, and the winner will be notified via email.
5. Prize
The contest prizing is valued at $2500+ in premium product as listed above. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
6. Release of Liability
By entering the contest, participants release Alma Care and its affiliates from any liability related to the contest, including but not limited to claims arising from participation, acceptance, or use of the prize.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and will be handled in accordance with Alma Care's Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in any fraudulent behavior. The Organizer may modify the rules of the contest at any time.
9. Governing Law
